After today’s announcement of the shortlist, StrongPoint has been nominated for at least 4 categories at the annual awards ceremony held in London by the Retail Technology Innovation Hub.

Most Innovative Retailer (Rest of World)
Our customer Haugaland Storhusholdning has been nominated together with StrongPoint for our implementation of the world’s first AutoStore handling frozen goods.
Technology Vendor of the Year (Rest of World)
After overcoming all hurdles to install the world’s first AutoStore handling frozen goods, including customizing the software, creating the processes and always ensuring the integrity of the cold chain, StrongPoint has been nominated for the Technology Vendor of the year.
Sustainable Retail Innovation
StrongPoint and our partner MTG Technologies are nominated for the sustainability impact of the AutoStore solution at Haugaland Storhusholdning. By including a frozen section in the grid, recycling the cold air to the chilled section, and using the condensed water to heat the building, we are greatly reducing both space and energy usage.
Supply Chain Innovation
StrongPoint and AutoStore are both nominated in this category for the same innovation, the AutoStore multi-temperature solution with a frozen zone.
When will the winner be announced?
The ceremony announcing the winner will be held on the 21st of November 2024, at a venue in central London. The winners will also be announced online on Retail Technology Innovation Hub’s website.
