StrongPoint Whistleblower Channel
The first step to a safe and secure workplace is you.
When a situation jeopardises our brand or our core values, we depend on our coworkers and outside stakeholders to speak up. By reporting these issues, you provide us with the information we need to address the problem and keep it from happening again. Additionally, we think everyone should feel comfortable speaking up. We set up a private reporting system for our staff members and others for this reason.
Although StrongPoint Integrity reporting is accessible around-the-clock, it is not intended to take the place of management’s duties. Whenever feasible, we urge you to voice your concerns to your management or local HR representative.Nonetheless, you have another avenue to express problems thanks to this extra private line of communication..
What to report?
We have the chance to address issues when people voice concerns about circumstances that jeopardise our reputation and basic principles. Every day, while we improve shopping experiences, make stores smarter, and make online grocery shopping more effective, every one of our coworkers represents StrongPoint.
We may fulfill our commitments and make sure we live up to our words by voicing concerns about ethical dilemmas, business policy infractions, or other unlawful activities. For instance, we improve our openness, lower safety risks, shield others from damage, and aid in the prevention of dishonest or illegal action when we voice concerns about ethics violations, theft, fraud, or other unlawful activity.
Lastly, we are aware that speaking up requires bravery, and nobody should ever be afraid to do so. StrongPoint forbids retaliation against staff members who honestly disclose issues or grievances.
What happens next?
Every misbehavior complaint or report will be looked at internally. After reviewing your report, the Head of People and Organisation will rank the reports that point to significant material hazards. A case investigator will subsequently be assigned to the matter.
The Board of Directors is regularly updated on all reports and investigations. Top management cases will be handled by the Board.
We will use the email address or other contact information you have provided to get in touch with you if we have any queries or require more information. After receiving the original report, this usually takes place three to seven business days later. We advise checking your email once a week to see if you have any requests for additional information.
We take every report very seriously and place a high premium on promptly resolving any issues. Every situation is different, and some issues might call for a more thorough analysis.
