The Norwegian Transparency Act
StrongPoint carries out due diligence to meet the requirements of the Norwegian Transparency Act. In accordance with this, we map and evaluate any adverse impacts on fundamental human rights and decent working conditions in our operations. We will then implement measures to prevent and limit adverse impacts in our enterprise.
We expect our suppliers to meet requirements relating to international and European standards for accountability and human rights. Section 5 of the Norwegian Transparency Act requires companies to publish an account of due diligence. You can find ours as part of the Annual Report.
If you have further questions about StrongPoint’s work relating to the Norwegian Transparency Act, please complete the request form. We will send you written feedback within three weeks, when we will either answer your enquiry, or inform you when you can expect a detailed response.
