Your responsibilities will include:
• Act as quality coach to help team build better quality product
• Conduct manual application testing across all required platforms and applications, ensuring the software is behaving according to the business requirements
• Ensure test cases management
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Understand the proposed/implemented solution for business requirements, obtain clarifications where needed, acquire a complete and detailed understanding of the business logic
• Analyze & execute different type of testing procedures depending on the tasks assigned
• Collaborate with other team members to quickly troubleshoot and resolve any critical issues
Required Competencies:
• Experience in testing mobile apps (Android & iOS) and web apps
• Experience with Postman or a similar tool/ proven work experience with APIs and documentation tools (Swagger for example)
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Able to learn and understand complex business processes
• A curious mindset to explore beyond the obvious and proactively suggest improvements or identify potential risks
• Good organizational skills and ability to guide and share knowledge with team members
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
