Junior IS Consultant (Help Desk)

Your responsibilities will include

• Point of sales, computers, self-checkouts users support by phone and e-mail
• Data transfer process monitoring and incident solving remotely
• Shifting work schedule (24×7), the possibility to combine work with studies

What we expect from you

• Higher education preferably in IT or related areas (could be a student)
• At least basic Windows and Linux administration skills
• Knowledge how to use remote access tools (RDP, VNC, Remote Admin)
• English and preferably Russian language knowledge
• Willingness to advance in IT, responsible attitude towards work

• Working schedule: Monday – Friday 12-20, Saturday – Sunday and Public Holidays 8-20 or 8-17, night shift 20-8
