Project Manager

The Team/Product

The project team consists of 4 professionals, delivering projects for the biggest retailers in the Baltics and abroad.

You will be working with

ERP systems (Business Central & LS Central), retail management systems, POS, hardware & software integrations and installations.

Your responsibilities will include

• Create and implement project documents, tasks, plans, budgets, and objectives for IT projects, starting from presales phase while also ensuring proper accounting of project costs and billing to the client
• Understand and translate business processes into requirements, ensuring the solution architecture and implementation concepts are fit for purpose
• Work directly with Technical Product owners, System analytics, Developers, QA Engineers as a team for the successful execution of IT projects
• Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders, present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions, implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs and deadlines
• Good quality project management consultancy services by acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

What we expect You to have:

• Experience delivering IT-related projects.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks and methodologies (PMBOK, Prince2).
• Very good verbal and written English.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during the project life cycle.
• Experience in managing different system integrations or experience in software implementation projects is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure is advantageous.
