System Analyst

The Team/Product:

You will be an integral member of a passionate and collaborative cross-functional team, dedicated to working with cutting-edge products like ERP and POS systems. The team comprises over 55 professionals, including Product Managers, System Analysts, Developers, and various other experts.

What You’ll Do:

You will be responsible for analyzing, designing and implementing retail business solutions:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing retail systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including retail operations, IT, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and understand retail business needs
• Design and implement system enhancements, upgrades, and modifications to improve retail system functionality and performance
• Develop detailed system specifications, including workflows, user interfaces, and data models
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting system issues and resolving user concerns
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure retail systems meet defined requirements and perform optimally

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role, with understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) principles
• Proficiency in analyzing complex systems, gathering and documenting requirements, and developing technical specifications
• Knowledge with Linux is advantageous
• Experience in retail business is an advantage
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders within the retail organization
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
